Return & Refund Policy

We want you to love your By Özge piece. If you're not completely satisfied, you may return your item within 14 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return:

• The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition
• The item must be in its original packaging
• Proof of purchase is required

How to initiate a return:
Please contact us at info@byozge.com within 14 days of receiving your order. We will provide instructions for returning your item.

Refunds:
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, your refund will be processed within 48 hours to your original payment method.

Non-returnable items:
Custom or made-to-order pieces are final sale and not eligible for return, unless the item arrives damaged or defective.

Damaged or defective items:
If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging.
